Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Creation: Oversee the creation, planning, and delivery of high-quality, multimedia, new-age content tailored to Aibiliti’s diverse clientele.
- Client Management: Directly responsible for content delivery for 5-6 premium customers, ensuring their requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators and social media managers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Objective Conversion: Translate client requirements into clear content objectives, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand, voice, and business goals.
- Channel Deployment: Ensure that content is strategically deployed across the right digital channels for maximum impact and reach.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and elevate the standard of content produced, ensuring it meets Aibiliti’s high-quality benchmarks and client specifications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Proven track record of crafting and executing successful content strategies for diverse clients.
- Experience in team management and leadership is a significant advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in understanding and leveraging various digital channels for content deployment.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable content objectives and deliverables.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is highly desirable.
