Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy and Creation: Oversee the creation, planning, and delivery of high-quality, multimedia, new-age content tailored to Aibiliti’s diverse clientele.
  2. Client Management: Directly responsible for content delivery for 5-6 premium customers, ensuring their requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators and social media managers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  4. Objective Conversion: Translate client requirements into clear content objectives, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand, voice, and business goals.
  5. Channel Deployment: Ensure that content is strategically deployed across the right digital channels for maximum impact and reach.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain and elevate the standard of content produced, ensuring it meets Aibiliti’s high-quality benchmarks and client specifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
  2. Proven track record of crafting and executing successful content strategies for diverse clients.
  3. Experience in team management and leadership is a significant advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in understanding and leveraging various digital channels for content deployment.
  3. Ability to translate client needs into actionable content objectives and deliverables.
  4. Team leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and professional development.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is highly desirable.
