About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Handle and oversee 5 of Aibiliti's primary accounts, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  2. Client Prioritization: Understand and discern the account's priorities and translate them into actionable inputs for the content team.
  3. Domain Expertise: Develop a profound understanding of the client's operational domain to provide expert advice and insights, ensuring Aibiliti adds value to the client's business processes.
  4. Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a consistent growth trajectory in the relationship and delivering a superior customer experience.
  5. Expectation Setting: Establish clear and achievable expectations with clients and then strive to meet or exceed those expectations, ensuring client satisfaction.
  6. Internal Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer within Aibiliti, driving the customer's agenda with internal stakeholders and ensuring that the client's needs are prioritized and met.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  2. Proven track record of managing diverse clients from various industries and backgrounds.
  3. Ability to grasp complex industry-specific nuances and offer actionable insights.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones when necessary.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
